Delta Dore, a limited liability company (SA), whose registered office is at Le Vieux Chêne, 35270 Bonnemain, registered in the Commercial Register of Saint Malo under number 897 080 289 (“Delta Dore”), is the Data controller.

DELTA DORE is responsible for the data collected for all its subsidiary companies.

8. Who are Our Processors


To provide the Services, Delta Dore uses the services of the following processor:

  • Salesforce, for the management of the customer relationship and the associated treatments;

  • MeilleurContact, for the call center, interaction forms and our contact chat;

  • SquareSpace, for the operation of the Websites.

It processes your personal data on our behalf and ensures their protection.
 

9. Data Transfers

Your personal data is forwarded to other controllers only if required for the fulfillment of a contractual obligation, or if we or a third party, have a legitime interest in the data transfer, or if you have given your consent. Data may be transferred to other controllers when we are obliged to do so due to statutory regulations or enforceable administrative or judicial orders.

Physical access to Delta Dore’s premises is limited to the personnel and to persons given permission to do so by Delta Dore.

Delta Dore personnel are subject to strict non-disclosure obligations and each employee may only access the data if their duties so require.
